Free Dance and Friendly Evening

The next free dance session will take place on Saturday, October 10th with the theme "Animal Totem" or "Power Animal".

Since ancient times, shamanic traditions have considered animals as allies, guides and bearers of particular qualities. Each one embodies an energy, a medicine, a unique way of inhabiting the world.

During this workshop, we will use the language of the body to meet these presences. Carried by music, movement and imagination, we will explore different animal energies. This is not about playing a role or imitating an animal, but about letting its energy flow through you, tasting its strength, wisdom or sensitivity…, and observing what it awakens within you.

In this space of freedom and presence, perhaps you will see emerge the "power animal" whose presence resonates with the challenges, impulses or aspirations of your current path.

An invitation to reconnect with your instinctive nature, to listen to the messages of the living and to open a space of encounter between your body, your imagination and the symbolic forces that accompany you.

No dance experience is necessary. Only the desire to explore, feel and be guided by movement matters.

The workshop will be followed by a friendly evening where we will share some refreshments and dance again.
