Finding Events

How do I search for events?

Visit the Events page from the navigation menu. You can filter events by category, date range, location, price range, and format (online/in-person). Use the search bar to find specific topics or teacher names. The map view lets you discover events near you.

What are event categories?

Events are organized into categories: Workshops (single sessions), Retreats (multi-day immersions), Training Programs (certification courses), Online Classes, Breathwork, Sacred Intimacy, Kundalini, Energy Healing, and Meditation. Each category helps you find the format that suits your journey.

How do I know if an event is right for me?

Read the full event description, teacher bio, and reviews from past participants. Check the prerequisites and recommended experience level. Many teachers offer pre-event screening calls to ensure mutual alignment. Don't hesitate to contact the teacher directly with questions.

Registration

How do I register for an event?

Click “Register” on any event page. If screening is required, you'll be prompted to book a consultation call with the teacher first. Once approved (or for events without screening), you'll proceed to payment. After payment, you'll receive a confirmation email with event details.

What is a screening call?

Some teachers require a brief video consultation before accepting registrations. This ensures you're a good fit for the event and the group dynamic. Screening calls are typically 15-30 minutes and free. Book directly through the event page using the teacher's availability calendar.

Can I cancel my registration?

Cancellation policies are set by individual teachers and displayed on each event page. Generally, cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive full refunds, 14-29 days receive 50%, and within 14 days are non-refundable. Contact the teacher directly to discuss exceptional circumstances.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We process payments securely via Stripe. You can pay with credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay). All payment data is encrypted and PCI-compliant.

When will I be charged?

For events without screening, payment is processed immediately upon registration. For events with required screening, payment is processed only after the teacher approves your application following the consultation call. You'll receive an email before any charge is made.

Are there any additional fees?

The price you see is the price you pay. We include a small platform fee in the displayed price, but there are no hidden charges. Refunds (if applicable per the cancellation policy) are processed in full to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

For Teachers

How do I list events on the platform?

Create a free teacher account, complete your profile with credentials and bio, then use the Teacher Dashboard to create events. Set your pricing, capacity, location, and screening preferences. Events are published instantly and appear in search results.

What are the platform fees?

We charge a 10% platform fee on free accounts, 7% on Pro accounts ($29/month), and 5% on Premium accounts ($99/month). Payouts are transferred to your connected Stripe account within 2 business days after an event concludes. No upfront fees or listing charges.
