Spaces of consciousness, freedom and inner transformation. Tantra and free dance workshops for over 10 years.
Coming from an engineering background, creator and business leader, I have always felt the need to balance my life through a parallel path of inner research and personal work.
I practice Iyengar Yoga, obtained my diploma in 2009 and taught for several years. After following the "initiatory adventure of the new warriors" in 2013, I remain actively involved in men's circles within the MKP (ManKind Project) community.
It was in 2014 that I began exploring the possibilities offered by free dance and tantra in various workshops (5 Rhythms, Dance Medicine, Open Floor, Contact improvisation, Biodanza, Tantra, SkyDancing…). Since then, I have continued my explorations in different personal development workshops, notably Nonviolent Communication (NVC).
Passionate about music, constantly seeking vibrant and inspiring pieces, I have been able to use this knowledge in my various workshops by supporting my facilitation with particularly appropriate musical atmospheres.
Curious and adventurous by nature, I love discovering and enriching myself with new experiences and connecting them together. Thus, combining yoga for physical discipline, dance for freedom, tantra for self-awareness and music for receptivity and sensitivity, I decided to create my workshops and share my passions.
I discovered tantra almost 15 years ago, explored different workshops and different styles of facilitation. I began facilitating myself in 2020. In September 2022, I completed the personal tantra training of SkyDancing! This training called "TEL" consists of 6 intensive one-week stages spread over 2 years. At the end of this journey, my vision became clearer and I sorted through everything I experienced to isolate what resonates with me and seems authentic. It is not about reproducing ways of working that I don't understand and which in my view are dusty legacies from the 70s. In my view, the practice of tantra is based on observation. Whatever the object, the situation or the exercise, tantric practice consists of bringing increasingly more consciousness to what is happening within oneself. Observing, listening to one's body and sensations, being the witness of one's inner life are the keys that allow one to experience and progress on this path. Observation reveals the restless, incoherent, volatile nature of the mind, a place where desires, memories, projects, impulses, fantasies and fears all jostle together. This is the gateway to transformation. In my workshops, I use different "tools": dance, meditation, speech, breathing, massage, sounds, singing, mantras, relational games… These proposals form the ground for tantric experiences. Some are sometimes intentionally unsettling and particularly stimulate our presence, concentration and observation. I am an advocate of safety and for this reason I establish a clear framework within which my workshops take place. Participants can thus experience the proposals while respecting their limits. Just because tantra aims to be unconventional doesn't mean everything is left without control.
