Embodiment practices bring attention into the body through movement, so that sensation, emotion and energy are felt directly rather than thought about. In tantra workshops this includes conscious and free dance, tantra-inspired yoga, shaking, somatic exercises and slow, mindful movement. No dance or yoga experience is needed: the aim is awareness, not technique. ## What to expect Sessions usually alternate guided movement with free exploration to music, followed by sharing or quiet reflection. Most are done individually; partner exercises, when included, are introduced explicitly and remain optional. Wear clothes you can move in, and tell the facilitator about injuries or physical limitations beforehand so they can suggest adaptations.
