I believe we each have a birthright to be the fullest versions of ourselves that we can be. Yet, we develop patterns of being, thinking, and doing that derail us from living in our essence, and we can feel that misalignment. This is why I do work that helps free the soma, aids relaxation, and guides us towards greater presence.
A somatic coach trained at the Strozzi Institute in California, and Sky Dancing teacher (certification 2027), I also bring energetic management from working with Lynda Caesara. Together - mind, body, and spirit - co-exist and synergize to help you connect with your most resonant self and live with coherence and radiance.

I love working 1:1 in client-informed custom immersions on our stewarded land on Hawai'i, designing and facilitating couple's and tantric retreats across the world, and teaching energetics online. All of my work is trauma-informed, working to stretch participants without stepping out of the stretch zone into the panic zone. Safety first, trust builds, and then revelations emerge. I seek out, name, and hold up the truth to be examined, metabolized, and digested. I bring play, delight, pleasure, and exploration into my work and I love collaborating with new and familiar facilitators. I create safe spaces where each voice is honored, helping people more deeply into their desires, fears, and boundaries to be communicated in real time. I make time to explore and then, integrate. I help people come alive more fully within themselves so that they can connect more fully with others and with living a life that matters to them.
